How do I create an account?

Sign up with your email or social login. Verify your email to activate your account.


How do I change my profile info?

Go to your profile → Edit Profile. Update your avatar, username, display name, bio, and cover image.


I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click “Forgot Password” on the login page. Follow the email instructions to reset your password.


Can I delete my account?

Yes. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your profile and posts will be removed, but some data may remain for legal or administrative purposes.

Posting & Content


How do I create a post?

Click the “New Post” button. Add text, images, or videos. Click “Publish” to share.


What content is allowed?

  1. Original and respectful content.
  2. No illegal activities, piracy, scams, or harassment.
  3. Follow our Community Guidelines.

Can I edit or delete my posts?

Yes. Open your post → Edit or Delete. Posts may remain in backups for security reasons.

Authors & Contributors


How do I become an Author?

Complete the eligibility checklist: avatar, profile description, username, and at least 30 posts. Then submit your application in the Author section.


What benefits do Authors get?

  1. Author badge on profile.
  2. Posts appear in feeds and topic hubs.
  3. Access to creator tools like analytics and scheduling (as rolled out).

What if my application is declined?

You can reapply after improving your profile or content. We provide guidance on improvements.

Marketplace & Payments


How do I buy or sell in the marketplace?

Use approved payment processors only (e.g., PayPal). Buyers and sellers are responsible for transactions.


What happens if a transaction goes wrong?

Contact our support team. We facilitate communication but are not liable for disputes between users.


Are there fees for marketplace transactions?

Fees, if any, will be clearly displayed before you complete a transaction.

Ads & Promotions


Can I run ads on the platform?

Yes, through our approved advertising system. Ads must follow our guidelines.


What content is allowed in ads?

Legal, truthful, and non-misleading ads only. No scams or illegal products.


Who is responsible for ads?

Advertisers are solely responsible. The platform is not liable for ad content.
