You agree not to post any content that is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. RPW reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and Conditions or is otherwise inappropriate.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Violating any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the RPW servers or networks connected to RPW.
  • Collecting or storing personal data about other users without their express consent.

RPW is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. RPW does not warrant that RPW will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

RPW shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

13. User Verification

RPW offers a user verification system to enhance trust and authenticity within the community. Users can receive a verification badge by meeting certain criteria, including but not limited to:

  • Completing the verification process, which may require providing identification or other documentation.
  • Maintaining an active presence on RPW, as determined by regular login activity and engagement with the platform.
  • Demonstrating responsible behavior, such as adhering to RPW's Terms and Conditions and community guidelines.

Additionally, users who have withdrawn funds from their RPW account at least three times may be eligible for verification.

RPW reserves the right to revoke verification badges and take appropriate action if a verified user violates RPW's Terms and Conditions or engages in any prohibited activities.

The verification badge is intended to signify that the user has been verified by RPW and meets certain criteria for trustworthiness and authenticity. However, RPW makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy or reliability of verified users and encourages all users to exercise caution and discretion when interacting with others on the platform.

Content Restrictions

RPW is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for all users. As such, the following content restrictions apply:

  • Adult Content: RPW prohibits the posting of explicit or adult-oriented content, including nudity, sexual content, or other material deemed inappropriate for a general audience.

  • Hate Speech and Discrimination: RPW does not tolerate hate speech, discrimination, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic. Users are prohibited from posting content that promotes or incites violence, hatred, or intolerance towards individuals or groups.

  • Inappropriate Language: RPW prohibits the use of offensive, derogatory, or inflammatory language. This includes but is not limited to profanity, slurs, and other language that may be considered disrespectful or offensive to others.

  • Illegal Activities: Users are prohibited from engaging in or promoting illegal activities on RPW, including but not limited to drug trafficking, illegal gambling, and copyright infringement.

  • False Information: Users are prohibited from spreading false information or engaging in deceptive practices on RPW.

  • Spam and Scams: Users are prohibited from spamming or engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activities, including but not limited to phishing scams, pyramid schemes, and chain letters.

  • Violence and Graphic Content: RPW prohibits the posting of violent or graphic content that glorifies or promotes harm or injury to others.

  • Sex Virals: RPW prohibits the posting of sexually explicit or viral content that is intended to titillate or arouse users.

RPW reserves the right to remove any content that violates these restrictions or is otherwise deemed inappropriate or harmful. Users who repeatedly violate these restrictions may be subject to account suspension or termination.

 Prohibition of Real Face Posting

RPW strictly prohibits users from posting images or videos showing their real faces. This measure is implemented to safeguard user privacy and security.

  • Real Face Posting: Users are prohibited from sharing images or videos that depict their real faces on RPW. This includes profile pictures, posts, comments, and stories.

RPW reserves the right to take appropriate action, including content removal and account suspension, against users who violate this prohibition. Additionally, RPW may implement technological measures to detect and prevent the posting of real faces on the platform.

Plagiarism Policy

RPW respects intellectual property rights and expects its users to do the same. Plagiarism, the act of using someone else's words, ideas, or work without proper attribution, is strictly prohibited on RPW. Users are required to create and share original content or properly attribute sources when using content created by others.

If a user is found to have engaged in plagiarism on RPW, RPW reserves the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to:

  • Removing the plagiarized content from the platform.
  • Issuing warnings or temporary suspension of the user's account.
  • Terminating the user's account for repeated or egregious violations.

RPW encourages users to respect intellectual property rights and to create original content that contributes positively to the RPW community.

Users or other individuals who encounter instances of plagiarism or copyright infringement are encouraged to report such incidents by contacting RPW at rpw@rpiers.com. RPW will investigate reported cases promptly and take necessary action in accordance with its Plagiarism Policy.

By using RPW, you agree to adhere to this Plagiarism Policy and understand that failure to do so may result in disciplinary action.

Limited Control Over User Profiles and Posts

RPW acknowledges that it does not have control over the content posted by its users, including user profiles and posts. While RPW implements measures to enforce its Terms and Conditions and community guidelines, it cannot guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of user-generated content.

Users are solely responsible for the content they create, post, or share on RPW. RPW does not endorse any user-generated content and disclaims any liability arising from such content. However, RPW reserves the right to remove or moderate content that violates its Terms and Conditions or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.

RPW encourages users to report any content that violates its policies or community guidelines by contacting RPW at rpw@rpiers.com. RPW will review reported content and take appropriate action in accordance with its policies.

Account Suspension and Termination

RPW reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in prohibited activities outlined herein. In cases where an account is suspended or terminated, the user will not be entitled to a refund of any funds in their RPW wallet, and any remaining balance will be forfeited to RPW. RPW may take appropriate action, including but not limited to account suspension or termination, without prior notice, if a user is found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions or engaging in activities that undermine the integrity and safety of the RPW community.

Prohibition of Multiple Accounts for Withdrawals

RPW strictly prohibits users from maintaining multiple accounts for the purpose of withdrawing funds. Each user is allowed only one active account for withdrawal purposes. Users found to have multiple accounts for withdrawal may have their accounts suspended or terminated, and they will not be eligible to withdraw funds from any of their accounts.

RPW reserves the right to implement measures to detect and prevent the creation of multiple accounts for withdrawal purposes. In cases where multiple accounts are detected, RPW may take appropriate action, including but not limited to suspending or terminating the accounts and forfeiting any funds associated with those accounts.

By using RPW, you acknowledge and accept that RPW does not have control over user profiles and posts, and you agree to use RPW at your own discretion and risk.

Terms of Use for Advertising (21+ Audience, No Adult Content)

These Terms of Use outline the guidelines and regulations for advertising content targeted at individuals aged 21 and above, while strictly prohibiting adult content. By accessing this platform and utilizing our advertising services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

1. Eligibility: a. Advertisers must ensure that their advertisements are targeted only towards individuals who are 21 years of age or older. b. Advertisers must comply with all relevant laws and regulations pertaining to advertising alcohol, tobacco, gambling, and other age-restricted products or services.

2. Prohibited Content: a. Adult Content: Advertisements containing explicit sexual content, nudity, or any material deemed inappropriate for individuals under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited. b. Illegal Content: Advertisements promoting illegal activities or content that violates any local, state, national, or international law are not permitted. c. Misleading Content: Advertisements must not contain false, deceptive, or misleading information, including but not limited to false claims, endorsements, or testimonials. d. Harmful Content: Advertisements promoting violence, discrimination, hate speech, or any form of harm towards individuals or groups are prohibited. e. Offensive Content: Advertisements containing offensive language, images, or symbols that may cause discomfort or offense to viewers are not allowed.

3. Compliance: a. Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that their advertisements comply with these Terms of Use, as well as any applicable laws and regulations. b. We reserve the right to review, reject, or remove any advertisement that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion. c. Advertisers may be required to provide additional information or documentation to verify the eligibility and content of their advertisements.

4. No Refund Policy: a. All payments made for advertising services are non-refundable. b. Advertisers acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be provided for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with advertising performance, changes in advertising goals, or campaign adjustments.

5. Liability: a. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or quality of any advertisements displayed on our platform. b. Advertisers are solely responsible for the content of their advertisements and any consequences arising from their use of our advertising services. c. We shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or disputes resulting from the use or misuse of our advertising platform.

6. Amendments: a. We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. b. It is the responsibility of advertisers to regularly review these terms for any changes or updates.
